PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1st, 2020, paper account statements will become a premium service and we will charge $3.00 per month. Sign up for e-statements below to help the environment and avoid the additional fees.

I am confirming that I have access to the email provided and an electronic device (computer, laptop, desktop, tablet, or otherwise mobile) which will allow me to view my monthly and quarterly account statements from Liberty Savings Federal Credit Union. I understand that, in the future, should I wish to withdraw my request for e-statements, I may do so, in writing to memberservices@lsfcu.org.
